Staying Active1
Exercise is part of a healthy lifestyle for everyone, including people with Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP). But it's important to choose wisely. Your doctor can advise you on whether or not you'll need to restrict activities, and help you identify activities that are just right for you or your child.
